It's normal to have emotions build up. But when those emotions have no way to be released, they are usually released on the people that we care about. In this 4-class series we focus on FEAR, OVERWHELM, ANIETY, ANGER and RAGE.

Each class is under 30 minutes each. The perfect emotional RESET in under 30 minutes!

These videos are NOT intended for use during pregnancy or up to 6 months in the postpartum period.

As always, if a movement doesn’t feel good, make a modification or skip altogether. You know your body and its abilities don't push yourself.
