It is common to feel completely overwhelmed during the pandemic; after all there is nothing we can control.
It is common to feel completely overwhelmed during the pandemic; after all there is nothing we can control or predict right now. Your “normal” roles, routines, self-identification pieces, etc. have been turned upside down. You might feel that everyone is relying on you. You might feel incredibly lonely. You might feel frustrated and impatient. There is no balance, internally or externally around the globe. We are all also on the edge of exhaustion (feeling tapped out by life right now). It’s OK, we just need the tools to help RESET the BODY. The body wants you to feel calm, at ease and well. So let’s release whatever emotional that is overwhelming you right now.

As always, if a movement doesn’t feel good, make a modification or skip altogether. You know your body and its abilities don't push yourself.
