Fear is one of the most common feelings during the pandemic. Whether it’s fear of COVID, fear of making a career change, fear of starting over, fear of major life events, etc. Fear is RAMPANT during the pandemic, so much so, that each time you grocery shop you are picking up fear and anxiety from everyone else (seriously, energy travels). So, let’s release the fear and anxiety in your body (that might not even be yours!) through this yoga practice. You can do it on a daily basis. Move from a place of fear to a place of trust.
This video is NOT intended for use during pregnancy or up to 6 months in the postpartum period.
As always, if a movement doesn’t feel good, make a modification or skip altogether. You know your body and its abilities don't push yourself.
