Anger is one of the most common emotions that has surfaced during the pandemic. Whether you are frustrated at your husband, wife, kids, teenagers, your mother, your aunt, your boss, work colleagues, etc... the list is endless of people or situations that can be frustrating the S#%! out of you! Let’s release that anger and frustration so you can be the REAL you. Because anger is a completely normal emotion, you just need tools to release it (even every day).
