A meditation practice actually decreases pain (and increases your pain tolerance).
This is with ANY basic guided meditation practice!
I am going to walk you through a guided meditation to connect with your ancestors.
IMPORTANT:
*If this is triggering for you, please picture a Goddess of Compassion and Strength instead of your ancestors (or avoid doing the meditation). The Goddess is transferring her radiant power into you, like a ray of sunshine, she sits behind you channeling her strength, wisdom and courage into you.
You want to find the right visualization that works for you during your pregnancy. With practice ,visualization can be super powerful.
