This series with Hannah is all about regaining strength in the core after having a baby. In this class we focus on the obliques. The obliques are actually two muscles, the internal obliques and external obliques (commonly known as the side muscles). They are located on the sides of the abdominals (six-pack muscles) running diagonally down from the lower rib cage to the pelvis. As always, please listen to your body and make any modifications if needed.
