This prenatal yoga class is for all trimesters of pregnancy. This class is great for posture and alignment. We strengthen the glutes, open the hip flexors and strengthen the upper back + it's a great class to create space in the ribs, taking those full body breaths (with sternum over pubic bone).
Mantra: "I am balanced."
As always, make any modifications to feel more comfortable.
