Finding a positive affirmation for your pregnancy and the birth of your baby is a powerful tool.

In fact, BirthPrep Yoga students have told me this is one of the most useful tools for labor. When we give birth, we are in "labor-land" and you drop into the subconscious brain.

The positive affirmations that you create in module 2 will weave their way into your pregnancy + birth in an incredibly powerful way.

I encourage you to share your affirmations with your birth support person (doula, partner, friend, family member that will be present at your birth) so you can hear the voice of a trusted person repeating these affirmations to you, or to pack a notebook for you to read your own handwriting of these words & affirmations.
