This series was created in response to the intense emotions individuals are feeling during the pandemic. In particular FEAR, ANXIETY, OVERWHELM, ANGER, FRUSTRATION, and RAGE.
If we don't have a healthy way to release these emotions they stay in the body and are often unleashed inappropriately on people we love.
You can do these videos everyday as a RESET, think of them as familiar friends.

As always, if a movement doesn’t feel good, make a modification or skip altogether. You know your body and it's abilities, don't push yourself.
